• Conduct of single audits for federal grant expenditures in accordance with Uniform Guidance
• Agreed-upon procedures for the Gann Limit (Appropriations Limit) and NTD reporting
• Preparation of financial transaction reports for the City and its special districts

Project details

Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133. The City will retain all working papers for at least seven years. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, November 20, 2026, to Vanessa Ramirez at the City of Tracy Finance Department. The City may reject any or all proposals. The City will not reimburse proposal preparation costs.
