Project-Based Voucher Program Request for Proposals The Berks County Housing Authority (BCHA), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Hous- ing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize competitive negotiation process, in accordance with 24 CFR § 983.51(b) and the Administrative Plan, a BCHA for its Project-Based Voucher Program. Through this so- licitation, BCHA is making 33 Project-Based Vouchers avail- able to property owners and developers through a com- petitive process. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis through June 15th, 2026, by end of business day and must be received no later than that date. "Rolling basis" means that proposals will be accepted for consid- eration on a continuous basis until all vouchers available under this RFP are condi- tionally awarded, the RFP is discontinued, or the submis- sion deadline is reached. If all vouchers are condition- ally awarded or the RFP is dis- continued prior to June 15th, 2026, notice will be posted at www.berksha.org. All offerors shall submit one digital PDF file for each pro- posal by email to gbecker@ berksha.org.
