PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS REHABILITATION OF THE VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW WATER STORAGE TANK AT ROCKEFELLER STATE PARK PRESERVE – PHASE I VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Sleepy Hollow until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, the Village Clerk’s Office, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York, at which time and place said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the work: Cleaning, waterproofing, and repair of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Water Storage Tank, as well as the application of surface coatings and the installation of new valving, new access doors, new vent piping, and a new overflow and restoration in accordance with the requirements of the Village of Sleepy Hollow and New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above. Specifications and Bid Proposal Forms will be available on June 10, 2026 for the non-refundable sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Bid Package may be obtained atwww.bidset.com/Dolph.
