This solicitation is for Specialized Medical Laboratory Testing Services at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The contract will be for one year, with a Period of Performance from 12/31/2026 to 12/30/2027. The contractor must provide specialized laboratory testing that cannot be performed by the VA or other contracted reference laboratories. Testing will be performed at the contractor's facility, with results reported electronically within 7-10 business days. The contractor must maintain current CLIA, CAP, and/or TJC certifications and ensure testing staff have valid licenses or certifications. Offerors must be registered in SAM and, if applicable, verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) with the SBA.
