The project scope includes: new storefront facade, completion of com- mercial kitchen, interior reconfiguration to include cafe seating, energy efficiency upgrades, electrical upgrades and safe rear egress linking to McCormick Street and the River Walk. All work must comply with NYS Homes & Community Renewal (HCR) guidelines, SHPPO, standards, ADA requirements, NYS Dept of Agri- culture & Markets regulations and all other applicable codes/regulations. Demonstrated experience with HCR-funded programs is preferred.
