ESSEX COUNTY BID NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Design-Build Construction Firms Request for Proposals (RFP) 109 Montcalm St., Ticonderoga, NY The Ticonderoga Natural Foods Cooperative, Inc. invites proposals from design-build construction firms for the renovation of its 1,910 sq. ft. ground-floor retail grocery and commercial kitchen. The project scope includes: new storefront facade, completion of com- mercial kitchen, interior reconfiguration to include cafe seating, energy efficiency upgrades, electrical upgrades and safe rear egress linking to McCormick Street and the River Walk. All work must comply with NYS Homes & Community Renewal (HCR) guidelines, SHPPO, standards, ADA requirements, NYS Dept of Agri- culture & Markets regulations and all other applicable codes/regulations. Demonstrated experience with HCR-funded programs is preferred. The Ticonderoga Natural Foods Cooperative encourages participation from Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 businesses.
