NASSAU COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #CC0515-2666 The Sheriff’s Department (“NCSD”) of Nassau County, New York (the “County”) is currently seeking proposals from Qualified Vendors (“Qualified Vendors”) located and authorized to do business in the State of New York, to provide inmate commissary services and the operation of the inmate banking system at the Nassau County Correctional Facility.
