GREENE COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS / QUALIFICATIONS Architectural and Engineering Services Catskill Public Library & Palenville Branch The Catskill Public Library & Palenville Branch is seeking proposals and/or qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide design, construction document, bidding, and construction administration services for planned capital improvements to the Library’s facilities. Architect/engineering services are expected to be paid directly by the Library.
