TOWN OF SHAWANGUNK NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Town of Shawangunk hereby invites sealed bids from qualified and licensed paving contractors to provide municipal road paving services for the Town of Shawangunk Highway Department. Scope of Services Bidder to Provide as Specified: Per day cost. NYS Law – Prevailing Wage Must Be Paid. Certified Payroll. Two (2) laborers to assist with paving operations. One (1) paving machine suitable for municipal road paving applications. One (1) qualified and experienced operator for the paving machine. Transportation of equipment to and from job sites within the town. Fuel, maintenance, and insurance for all equipment and laborers. Bid Requirements: Interested bidders must submit a completed Bid Proposal, Proof of Insurance, Worker’s Compensation Coverage, and proposed service schedule and pricing. Contractors must hold all required state and local licenses. All work must be performed by qualified and insured contractors and will be required prior to award. Submission of Bids: Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Bid for Municipal Road Paving Services” and submitted to: Town of Shawangunk Attn: Jane Rascoe, Town Clerk 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, NY 12589 email: townclerk@shawangunk.org Bids to be submitted until 2:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2026, when the same will be publicly opened and read.
