REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DEEP CLEANING SERVICES Chippewa County Housing Authority (CCHA) is seeking a qualified person or entity (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) for DEEP CLEANING SERVICES. CCHA is a local government agency which administers federally funded housing programs to low-income individuals and families. CCHA will require the contractor to perform DEEP CLEANING SERVICES on the rental properties CCHA owns following tenant move out or new property purchases. CCHA currently manages 47 units in Chippewa Falls, Bloomer and Stanley. Most of the properties are in or near the City of Chippewa Falls. The contract is scheduled to begin August 1, 2026, for a term of one year with the option to renew twice for a total agreement of three years. Contractors must procure and maintain, for the duration of the contract, insurance against claims for injuries to people or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the contracted work. Must submit proof of insurance prior to contract effective date.
