REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SURVEYING SERVICE TOWN OF LIBERTY, SULLIVAN COUNTY NY WATER AND SEWER UPGRADE AND EXPANSION PROJECT Purpose: Delaware Engineering D.P.C., on behalf of the Town of Liberty in Sullivan County, New York, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide topographical and boundary surveying services to support a water and sewer infrastructure upgrade and expansion project. Project Description: The Town of Liberty is planning to upgrade and expand water and sewer services to support a priority development area along the Old Route 17 Corridor.
