REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Marshall County, Tennessee is requesting statements of qualifications for a consulting engineer to develop a base hydraulic study for six streams in high growth areas of Marshall County. This study will be utilized to update existing flood mapping in Marshall County in order to guide responsible development and infrastructure investment. Marshall County has been awarded Three Star grant funds from the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development for the preparation of the base hydraulic study. Engineering firms will be rated on the following criteria: * Past work performance including quality of work, timeliness, and cost control; * Capacity of firm to perform the work within time limitations; * Familiarity of the firm with the problems applicable to the project; and * Specialized experience or technical expertise of the firm with this type of project.
