The objective of this Solicitation is to select a qualified contractor to provide, on an as needed basis, emergency remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services due to fire, flood, sewer back-ups, smoke, or mold damage, etc. on a twenty-four (24) hour seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty five (365) days a year for the City of Fort Myers. The Contractor must be experienced and qualified to provide all labor, materials equipment, supplies, supervision and other resources as required to execute the following: remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services on a time and material, not to exceed basis as specified by the Project Manager. This contract shall be in effect for 5 years, awarding to two or more proposers. The number of contracts will be determined by a selection committee after proposals are due.
