Upon completion of demolition, swimming pools will be backfilled completely with clean fill material and compacted to specification. Outdoor swimming pool and concrete deck is24,666 SqFt. The site shall be graded toa level condition suitable for future development or landscaping, free ofconcrete, stones and clumps of dirt. All debris and materials generated duringdemolition shall be hauled off-site by the contractor, with an emphasis onrecycling and salvaging materials wherever feasible to support sustainabilitygoals.
