General Statement of Work: Provide custodial services for fourteen (14) BRT stations between Pennsylvania Street and Colorado Boulevard. These services shall include daily station cleaning and trash removal, monthly power washing, on-call services for specific incident clean up, and snow/ice removal during snow events. Services are expected to start in September 2026 and run through December 2027. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on June 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time.
