It appears that no files are currently available. Q1: 4/21/2026 3:15:59 PM Question Number - 260248 - 008 Please reference drawing 19 of 323; the maintaining traffic note specifies a 90 day traffic closure. However, the settlement platform note on drawing 18 of 323 indicates a minimum of 45 day waiting period for settlement mitigation after the surcharge fill has reached 3 ft above proposed finish grade. Factoring in the time it takes to place the surcharge fill; this allows for less than 45 days to construct the roundabout. We feel this is not possible, please consider extending the closure duration. Q2: 4/10/2026 10:15:19 AM Page 19 will be updated via a forthcoming addendum to reflect an end date of 12/1/26 and excluding the begin date. Please see page 19 of 323 of the Drawings; the maintaining traffic note specifies a 6/1/26 start date. We feel it is not feasible to obtain this with a bid date of 5/7/26. As we will need to obtain a contract, provide a CML log and have a preconstruction meeting prior to starting the project. Q3: 4/10/2026 10:03:19 AM Page 19 will be updated via a forthcoming addendum to reflect an end date of 12/1/26 and excluding the begin date. To determine the appropriate PPE needed for handling of the PCS, does the Department have an environmental study to share regarding the PCS on the project?
