Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided and in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the appropriate title. "Kitchen Renovations at Ulbrich Heights for the Wallingford Housing Authority". A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, 37 Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, CT 06492 on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 11AM. All prospective bidders are required to attend. Satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bid Bond shall be made payable to the Wallingford Housing Authority and shall be properly executed by the Bidder.
