REQUEST A BID PACKAGE: Request for Qualifications / Proposal Date Issued: March 25, 2022 Bid No: 43-004 Sealed proposals from vendors will be received by the Purchasing Division of the Hall County Board of Commissioners, at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, Attn: Debra Howington until 3:00 P.M. legally prevailing time on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, for: Sewer System Operation Services for Hall County Hall County Board of Commissioners is soliciting submissions requesting the following services to be performed on an annual basis by operation firms to operate and maintain the Hall County Sewer System including the 750,000 gallon per day Spout Springs Water Reclamation Facility, 21 Off Site Pump Stations, 153,276 linear feet of force main, 344,498 linear feet of gravity sewer, 22,611 linear feet of reuse main and approximately 4,000 customers. After the time and in a designated room and place, the names of the Companies submitting proposals will be publicly read. No further information will be read, discussed, or provided until the evaluation of all submittals is completed. No extension of the bidding period will be made other than by a formal written addendum to this Request for Qualifications/Proposal (RFQ/P). Any proposals received after the date and time listed above will not be accepted.
