The City of Kissimmee and Downtown Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency (DKCRA) seeks the services of a licensed, qualified and experienced holiday lighting and decorations contractor to provide holiday lighting and decorations in the City of Kissimmee- Downtown Kissimmee CRA Area for the 2026 holiday season. The City of Kissimmee and DKCRA desire a display that will create a sense of place and create a holiday destination for residents and visitors alike. We are requesting bids to include two distinct pricing options: 1)Traditional decorations to cover all four service areas (See Section 3.4- Service Areas) 2) Customized approach to include all traditional decorations across service areas plus recommended enhancements within areas 2, Broadway Corridor, and 3, Monument of States and Lakefront Park. The intent of the RFP is to have a successful Contractor enter into an Agreement with the City of Kissimmee and DKCRA for the desired services. The term of the initial Agreement shall be for the 2026 holiday season. The DKCRA will retain the option, at its sole discretion, to award up to three (3) renewal periods of one (1) year each.
