Request a Bid Package Date Issued: January 30, 2017 RFQ/P # 37-008 Sealed submittals from qualified firms will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Hall County Commissioners at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, 4th Floor, Gainesville, GA 30504 until 3:00 pm, legally prevailing time on February 28, 2017, for: SR 365 and White Sulphur Road Sewer Extensions After the time and in a designated room and place, the names of the Companies submitting proposals will be publicly read. No further information will be read, discussed or provided until the evaluation of all submittals is completed. No extension of the bidding period will be made other than by a formal written addendum. Hall County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified companies for construction of both gravity sewer and sanitary sewer forcemain piping. Included in this work will be construction of piping along SR365 which will consist of approximately 925 LF of 8”, 7290 LF of 12” 5000 LF of 15” & 1370 LF of 16” gravity sewer main and 6,800 LF of 8” & 3200 LF of 10” sewer forcemain (Schedule A). Also included in this Work will be construction of piping along White Sulphur Road which will consist of approximately 5,050 LF of 8” gravity sewer main (Schedule B). Work along White Sulphur Road will require roadway reconstruction. There will also be two railroad crossings required in this Work.
