Prebid Questions & Answers: SUM-116804 - SR 261-11.89 Item 19 Curb Type 6 has a total planned quantity of 84 FT, which can be found in the curb ramp general summary on sheet 9 of the plans. A majority of the ramps are called out as type 2 ramps per Akron SCD's. When viewing the standard drawing on sheet 15, however, there is a curb as per plan shown at the base of the curb ramps with a 1/2" Preformed expansion joint separating the roadside curb from the ramp. Should the quantity of type 6 curb reflect the total roadside curb to be installed in these areas as type 6 to allow the installation of a 1/2" expansion joint like it is shown in the city's standard drawings?
