The term of the License will provide for one (1) five-year term, commencing upon written Notice to Proceed, with three (3) five-year renewal options, exercisable at the sole discretion of DOT. Compensation to the City will be as follows: Licensee shall use the revenue generated from the Concession to offset the cost of providing the operation and maintenance (including repair) of the Licensed Premises.
