At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items to construct a Combined Sewer Control Facility consisting of screening equipment, flow control equipment, chemical storage and dosing equipment, odor control equipment and associated duct work, chlorine contact tank, outfall sewer, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, SCADA systems, site work. Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items to construct an influent sewer that includes a railroad crossing, structural support piers, site work, new concrete energy dissipation structure and associated items.
