ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF CAMERON CAMERON, NEW YORK MCMASTER ROAD DRAINAGE REPAIR General Notice Town of Cameron (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: McMaster Road Drainage Repair In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Town of Cameron, located at 4091 Bath Street, PO Box 1932, Cameron, New York 14819, until June 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Project involves restoration of road surface, road shoulder, and road-side channels which were damaged during a weather emergency, designated by FEMA #4625DR-NY. Portions of the work will address Damage #1228920, #1228922, and #1228923. These portions related to FEMA work will be clearly marked for documentaiton, but the Contractor shall consider the project as a whole, and no work shall be separated for selective bidding. In the road-side channels, existing stone will be removed, and the channel will be reshaped per plans to accommodate anticipated flow. The channel will be armored with medium and heavy size stone. Check dams will be installed as part of this work; dams will be also constructed of medium stone. Several crossing culverts of various sizes shall be removed and replaced based on hydrological calculations as shown on the plans.
