NOTICE The Fayette County Housing Authority (“FCHA”), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, for the procurement of Financial Consulting Services, the scope of which shall include those services associated with the operations and management of all housing programs administered within its operational jurisdiction. FCHA is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, insured and bonded entities to provide financial consulting services per the specifications in the RFP. Qualified individuals/firms are invited to submit a proposal for this contract to FCHA no later than Monday, June 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Proposals will be evaluated, and the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the Fayette County Housing Authority will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation.
