Responses to this Request will be accepted until local time, 3:30 P.M., Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Town of Brutus Town Hall, 9021 North Seneca Street, Weedsport, NY 13166. Please mark on the outside of the envelope “Response to Engineering RFQ – Town of Brutus – Manufactured Home Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation”. Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of their Proposal. This project, undertaken by the Town of Brutus, is the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer collection system infrastructure in three (3) mobile home parks, including repair and replacement of manholes, and both open-cut and trenchless cured-in-place lining of buried collector sewer piping. The total project budget, inclusive of construction, engineering and administrative costs, is $1,500,000, and is being supported by a $1,500,000 CDBG grant award. The budget for engineering services, other than construction observation, is $162,000. The budget for construction observation is $90,000.
