The proposals will be, at that date, time, and place, publicly opened and read aloud. All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural, 50 Elk Street Buffalo, NY 14210. Plans and specifications are available to prime contractors on June 9th, 2026 at 2:00pm by contacting Avalon Document Services at (716) 995-7777 or visiting their online plan room at www.avalonplanroom.com . A deposit of $50.00 per set will be required & shall be made out to Erie 1 BOCES. If you should have any questions, please contact Young + Wright Architectural @ 716-842-1800. A pre-bid conference will be held to discuss the scope of the projects, tour the site, and answer bidder questions on June 17 th , 2026 at 2:30pm .
