Sealed bids for the furnishing of the necessary materials and construction for the FORT JENNINGS STREET IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the Village of Fort Jennings, at Bockrath & Associates Engineering and Surveying, LLC, 115 South Fair Avenue, Suite A, Ottawa, Ohio 45875 until: 10:00 a.m. Local Time Thursday, June 11, 2026 and at that time and place bids will be officially opened and read aloud. 2. The proposed work consists of approximately 262 CY of Asphalt Concrete, 4,722 SY of Pavement Planning, Spot Repairs, Pavement Marking and Manhole Adjustments. 3. Engineer’s Base Bid Cost Estimate is $100,000.00. 4. Construction activities may not begin until August 24, 2026 (after the Village festival). The work will be substantially completed on or before October 23, 2026 , and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before October 30, 2026. 5.
