LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Amanda Township Trustees, Hancock County, Ohio, will sell by means of Sealed Bids, pursuant to O.R.C. 505.10, personal property which the Township owns. The sale will be conducted by means of a Sealed Bid to be delivered to the Board of Amanda Township Trustees for the sale of a 2006 Case IH MXU 115 Tractor with a six-foot 2006 Tiger Flail Side Mower and an eight-foot 2003 Alamo Rear Flail Mower included. The equipment is to be sold as one unit. Sealed Bids will be accepted until June 15, 2026 prior to the regularly scheduled township meeting at 8:00 pm. Bids should be marked “Tractor Bid” on the outside of the envelope and mailed to: Amanda Township, c/o Wanda Bushong 19260 County Road 162 Mt. Blanchard, Ohio 45867 The Board will require payment of the full purchase price of any successful, accepted offer within Thirty (30) days of the date of sale. The Board of Amanda Township Trustees hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids offered. The Board will entertain no bid less than $24,000. The successful bidder will take the property “as is.” Said property is offered without any warranty and in compliance with Ohio Revised Code Section 505.10.
