ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID 1. Sealed bids for the furnishing of the necessary materials and construction for the PANDORA STREET IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the Village of Pandora, at 102 S. Engineer’s Base Bid Cost Estimate is $120,000.00. 4. Construction activities may not begin until August 3, 2026. The work will be substantially completed on or before October 23, 2026, and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before October 30, 2026. 5.
