ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF JOHNSBURG NORTH CREEK, NEW YORK TJ-WP-2026-E - NORTH CREEK WATER SYSTEM UPGRADES PHASE II Sealed Bids for the construction of the Town of Johnsburg: North Creek Water System Upgrades Phase II will be received by the Town at the Johnsburg Town Hall, 219 Main Street, Johnsburg, NY until 2:00pm local time on Thursday, July 9 , 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project involves controls and electrical upgrades, including four new control panels, as well as upgrades to three well houses consisting of new flowmeters, chemical injection taps, and chemical feed pumps. Electrical work includes new variable frequency drives, double-throw safety switches, generator tap boxes and a new electrical pedestal. This project will be using a NYS EFC WIIA Grant and SRF Loan. Compliance with the NYS EFC Mandatory State Revolving Fund Terms and Conditions (For projects funded with NYS Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Effective October 1, 2025) will be required and include a 20% MWBE participation goal and American Iron and Steel requirements.
