The Liberty-Benton Local School District Board of Education (“Board”) announces it will accept sealed bids for an asphalt playground installation in accordance with public action of the Board taken on May 16, 2026. Submission of sealed bids should be in strict response to the instructions and conditions which are available at the district’s administrative office through its Associate Treasurer, Drake Spridgeon, 9190 County Road 9, Findlay, OH 45840, dspridgeon@liberty-benton.org. All sealed bids submitted in response to this notice shall include a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 3313.46 and 153.54. Except as required by statute, the Board reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify this procedure, and to reject any or all sealed bids submitted, without the imposition of any form of liability. Parties wishing to submit a sealed bid responsive to this notice must do so in writing, physically received by the Treasurer before June 16, 2026 at 11:30 A.M.
