E26-107 May 2026 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bids will be received by McCarty Associates, LLC via mail or hand delivered paper bid in a sealed envelope at their office located at 213 N. High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133; up to the hour of 10:30 AM on June 5, 2026, and read publicly thereafter at 11:30 AM at the Village of Mt. Orab office located at 211 S. High Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154 for the following improvement project: Apple Street West Extension The project site is located at the end of Apple Street within the corporation limits of Mt. Orab. Project limits are from Brooks-Malott Road to the end of Apple Street behind Kroger. The bid is to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, warranties, and all other items required to construct approximately 4,000 feet of the new two-lane Apple Street West Extension according to the contract documents. Bids will be received for a combined bid for the full contract amount. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any and all bids and as provided below. The Owner will award a single contract for all work in this project. Bidders must furnish all information requested on or accompanying the bid proposal. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of the bid. The contract documents have been prepared by McCarty Associates, LLC (213 N. High St., Hillsboro, OH 45133).
