Bid No. 25-28: Invitation for Bids; ; Price Agreement for Liquid Chlorine The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; “SWSC” or the “Commission”), through its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is seeking bids from qualified Contractors/Vendors for Liquid Chlorine. The Liquid Chlorine will be used in the disinfection of treated municipal drinking water. The selected vendor will supply the SWSC on an as needed basis during the term of this agreement to West Parish Filters, located at 1515 Granville Road Westfield, MA 01085-4046. The Vendor shall provide a gradation analyses and other documentation needed to illustrate that the materials meet the specifications. The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year in length. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $510,000.00 per year. Bidders are required to provide pricing on all categories/delivery sizes listed in bid specifications on order to be considered for contract award.All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to the CPO theo.theocles@waterandsewer.org no later than 01/30/2025 at 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered.The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so.
