THE CITY OF LAKELAND IS REQUESTING QUALIFICATIONS FROM STATE CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS INTERESTED IN ENTERING INTO A CONTINUING CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF LAKELAND FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: PLAN REVIEW SERVICES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL IN ALL DISCIPLINES ONSITE AND/OR OFFSITE; INSPECTION SERVICES; BUILDING OFFICIAL/BUILDING CODE ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. SERVICES WILL BE FOR THE CITY’S BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION, BUT MAY BE USED BY OTHER CITY DEPARTMENTS AS NEEDED. SERVICES PERFORMED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A “TASK AUTHORIZATION” BASIS. ANY INTERESTED FIRM SHOULD SEND A PROPOSAL, WHICH CONTAINS QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, RESOURCES, REFERENCES, ETC.
