CAMBRIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY | REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS | DEVELOPMENT AND MODERNIZATION SERVICES The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) Planning and Development Department is seeking the services of up to three qualified consultant(s) or consultant teams experienced in affordable housing development and modernization in Massachusetts. Tasks may include financial and feasibility analyses, proforma development, project management services, and due diligence preparation. The term of the contract will be for one year. At CHA’s sole discretion contracts may be renewable for additional terms up to four additional one year terms. The maximum total fee per contract year is $250,000 per annum. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) detailing the scope of work and selection criteria will be available from CHA beginning Monday, May 18, 2026.
