UTPB Intercollegiate Athletics is looking for bus service to transport our athletic teams throughout each season to road and some home competitions primarily throughout the states of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado. There may be some travel to other states as well. The provider should be able to provide multiple (4-5) full-size motor coaches for athletic department use at the same time, to include wi-fi and restrooms. Buses will be needed for approximately 125 individual team trips per academic year, and driver exchanges will be needed on some trips. Suppliers should supply a rate sheet as part of their proposal indicating every expense that could arise during a trip (e.g., mileage rate, fuel surcharge, driver exchange, driver, hotel, meal cost, etc)

Bidders must note any equipment that does not meet minimum requirements. The contract term is one (1) year from commencement, with three (3) one-year renewal options, provided both parties agree in writing. Prices are firm-fixed rates, subject to adjustment at renewal, with a maximum annual escalation of 3%.
