Tropical Pkwy and N. Durango Dr., in Las Vegas, Nevada (APN’s125-28-201-006 and 125-28-201-005). Pursuant to Section 7(b) of Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act (SNPLMA), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) may make land available to the City using the less than fair market value (FMV) price of $100.00 per acre, for the purpose of providing affordable housing, via a direct sale.
