The City's goal is to establish and maintain a competitively solicited list of well-qualified, high-value, cost-effective Housing providers to deliver maximum benefit to the recipients. The City will accept Proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) continuously, to maintain a list of contracted Housing providers. The City may award contracts to some or all qualified Offerors who respond to this RFP.
