District Three Bid Invitation - HVAC Sealed bids are invited for renovations to the HVAC system at the headquarters of District Three Governmental Cooperative, 4453 Lee Highway, Marion VA. The project is generally described as replacement of the primary HVAC equipment for the original building, as well as some reworking of ductwork in response to floor plan changes. Bids will be received until 12:00 noon, June 18, 2026, at the project site. Bids may be delivered by e-mail to canders@district-three.org prior to bid deadline. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid Bond will be required. Successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment bonds.
