Public buyers typically advertise this kind of work as an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Qualifications (RFQ), depending on whether the selection is price-driven, qualifications-driven, or both. To submit a bid for this IFB, review the full solicitation documents for City of Lake City's exact scope of work, submission format, and any mandatory pre-bid meeting or site visit. Responses must be received before the July 8, 2026 deadline — public agencies routinely reject late submissions regardless of cause. Vendors that have not previously contracted with City of Lake City should confirm whether registration on the agency's vendor system is required to be eligible for award.
