Functional Space Programming and Master Planning ServicesThe City of Watertown (MA) invites proposals from qualified architect/engineering firms to provide Functional Space Programming and Master Planning Services for the City of Watertown Senior Center. The contract between the City and the Designer may be amended to include continued designer services through construction contract award, construction administration, final closeout and warranty period of the potential project. The bid will be submitted in accordance with the Submission Requirements with this RFQ.
