Best rating of "A" or better , pay claims for at least 5,000 employee lives in Texas , and demonstrate the ability to process 90% of clean claims within 10 working days. • Submission Format: Proposals must be sealed and marked "RFP 2026-502: Group Medical Insurance Proposal".
