BIDS SHALL BE enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Request for Proposals - Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Consultation Services (RFP 26-ERC-011)” , and mailed or otherwise delivered to reach the Clerk of the Legislature, Cortland County Office Building, 60 Central Avenue, 3rd Floor, Room 306, Cortland, NY 13045 on or before 2:30 p.m., July 21, 2026.
