BIDS SHALL BE enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Request for Proposal - JUUL Settlement Funds for Youth Treatment Initiatives (RFP 26-HLT-010)” , and mailed or otherwise delivered to reach the Clerk of the Legislature, Cortland County Office Building, 60 Central Avenue, 3rd Floor, Room 306, Cortland, NY 13045 on or before 2:30 p.m., June 30, 2026.
