The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is seeking written qualifications from housing counseling agencies that meet or exceed the minimum standards required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and have offices located in the State of Connecticut. The scope of services includes providing housing counseling to residents, with services expected to align with HUD’s requirements for certification, training, and ongoing compliance. Responses must be submitted electronically to [email available with Pro] by December 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET. The selected agency will be awarded a contract for ongoing housing counseling services, with performance expected to begin upon contract execution.
