This ramp is located at the front of the Senior Center, and provides the primary point of access for the building. A new ramp was installed six years ago, and is experiencing severe spalling and chipping. Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to: demolishing the current ramp, grading the site, form and pour 4000 psi concrete, cleaning the site, and any other incidental work.
