INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS Accessibility Concrete Repair The Town of Grafton is soliciting sealed bids for accessibility repairs to an accessible entrance to the Grafton Senior Center. This ramp is located at the front of the Senior Center, and provides the primary point of access for the building. A new ramp was installed six years ago, and is experiencing severe spalling and chipping. Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to: demolishing the current ramp, grading the site, form and pour 4000 psi concrete, cleaning the site, and any other incidental work.
