The Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), acting on behalf of Cities, Towns and School Districts from the 13 Regional Planning Agencies of Massachusetts belonging to the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies (MARPA), those being Nantucket Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission (NP&EDC), Martha's Vineyard Commission (MVC), Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC), Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG), Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC), Montachusett Regional Planning Commission (MRPC), Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District (SRPEDD), Cape Cod Commission (CCC), Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC), Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG), Merrimack Valley Planning Commission (MVPC), seeks proposals from qualified vendors to procure local seafood products appropriate to K-12 student populations that meet the needs of school districts in the participating regions. The RFP will be posted on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST and will be available online and by request from that time. A Vendor Conference will be held on June 16, 2026 at 12:30 PM via Zoom. Please request the RFP for details. Proposals will be due by 4:00 PM, June 30, 2026 via CommBUYS. MAPC will be the contracting authority. A contract or contracts will be awarded to the eligible, responsive, and responsible vendor(s) identified as offering the most advantageous proposal(s). The initial term of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP will be from date of execution through June 30, 2027 with the option to renew for one additional one-year term at the sole discretion of MAPC. MAPC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any part or parts thereof, and to cancel this solicitation at any time. No bid bond is required. Addendum 1 - 6/8/2026
