LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals for CR7/CR592 Pavement Repair/Resurfacing Project; C-2026-2 will be received at the Office of the Seneca County Commissioners, 111 Madison St, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 until 10:00am local time, Tuesday June 23 , 2026 at which time the bids will be taken and opened during the evening meeting set by the Commissioners, the said proposals will be publicly opened and read. The pavement repairs include the excavation and removal of existing asphalt pavement, and the placement of Item 301 asphalt concrete base, along segments of the northbound and southbound lanes of CR7 from CR591 north to US224; and along the eastbound lane of CR592 from SR635 west 325’. The pavement resurfacing shall consist of milling, resurfacing and placement of pavement markings along CR7 from US224 north to SR18. Completion date of Thursday, July 30, 2026 . Copies of the plans, specifications and other contract documents are on file and may be obtained on the Seneca County website www.sencoeng.com or the office of the Seneca County Engineer. All proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished in the contract documents. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid or a certified check or cashier's check equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, payable to the Seneca County Commissioners. The Seneca County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the Published in Advertiser-Tribune (SENECA County) on 2026-06-11.
