Scope of work

  • Provide general engineering services on an assignment basis for Turnpike projects.
  • Perform engineering/architectural design, plan review, and construction schedule review.
  • Conduct traffic studies, environmental/ecological investigations, and geotechnical services.

Project details

The scope of services includes engineering/architectural design, construction schedule review (Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project), plan review, toll collection system evaluation/design/review, surveying, right of way engineering, preparation of right of way descriptions, traffic studies, environmental/ecological investigations, wetland mitigation, noise analysis and design, geotechnical services, major investment studies, retaining wall design and review, public involvement coordination, GIS application development, and other professional engineering services as requested by the Chief Engineer. The LOI must be submitted electronically in PDF format by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on November 30, 2026, to [email available with Pro]. The Commission may issue addenda to clarify requirements.
