ONLY electronic bids submitted on www.centralbidding.com will be accepted. FOR: OLHC As-Needed Maintenance & Repair Services on Non-Federal Aid Louisiana State Highways DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Maintenance and repair services for a period of one year from the date of execution of the Master Service Agreement to support the ongoing upkeep of Non-Federal Aid Louisiana State Highways, bridges, and transportation assets owned and maintained by OLHC. The contract is for as-needed services, with no guaranteed minimum quantities. Services will be ordered through individual work orders during the contract term. Services may include construction activities such as, but not limited to repair of asphalt and concrete pavement, drainage, bridge guardrail, traffic signage, and striping. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary as directed by the OLHC through work orders issued in accordance with the contract documents. The work will be divided into separate District Service Areas. Bidders may submit bids on one or more District Service Areas. Contracts may be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) on a single District Service Area basis or by a combination of multiple District Service Areas.
